My Approach

Human-Centered and Narrative Therapy

My approach to therapy is deeply relational, human-centered, narrative, and existentially driven. I specialize in creating safe and compassionate spaces for individuals and couples to explore their emotions, gain insights, and embark on a journey towards healing and self-discovery. I aim to walk with my clients along their journeys and promise to hold space for them even in the sometimes scary depths of healing work. My therapy sessions focus on understanding the unique narratives of each individual and honoring your autonomy, resilience, and humanity.

Grief, Loss, Change

So much of people's internal work is around change and loss. Whoever you are, grief will touch you, and change will result; you are not alone in this.

Orange Flower.heic

Liberation Psychology

Therapy that honors intergenerational community struggles, and address the contexts of systemic power and oppression.

Blue Flower.heic

Anxiety and Depression

Shame and Shadow

The parts of us that feel the hardest to love are the ones that need loving, accepting and holding the most. We work to integrate all parts of a person, to show them that everything inside them belongs; that they are whole.

Trauma and Healing

Our bodies carry the wisdom of what we've survived, holding the echoes of our past. Even when trauma distorts our sense of self or safety, healing is possible—and we can begin to reclaim the truth that we were always enough.
